I started to work with Jesse and M after a free class I attended. I scheduled a free intro session and we clicked immediately. From the self reflection through their entire process to write essays, I felt very comfortable working with these two and if I needed something I always got a response within 24 hours, even on weekends. I truly felt a lot of personal growth throughout the process. I would recommend working with Jesse and M to anyone and everyone!

Working with Milo was such a great experience. He’s not only smart and super knowledgeable about consulting and recruiting, but also incredibly kind and down-to-earth. We worked on fit questions and cases, and his feedback was sharp, honest, and super actionable, from spotting blind spots to even helping me improve my LinkedIn. It’s difficult to even put into words what working with Victoria meant to me! I started the process with Victoria after stumbling on her page to see a shared background. Not expecting anything crazy, my partnership with Victoria genuinely changed my life. She was the coach, mentor, and sense of reason I needed throughout the entire process. Even the nudge when I didn’t want to work on my essays or was slacking off… Vica was alongside me through every phase—resume review, narrowing the schools I was applying to, essay edits, and interview prep. I’m incredibly grateful I worked with Karthik during my consulting recruiting cycle. As a former teacher, what stood out about Karthik was his ability to personalize prep to his mentees areas of development, his breadth of examples, and his pragmatic, actionable advice. Karthik approached our sessions with a high degree of intentionality and quickly identified where I needed additional work and helped me level up my weaknesses. He provided exemplars of ideal responses during our sessions that were easy to follow and better understand what separated a good answer from a great answer. His long history of coaching others is clear with the breadth of cases he chooses from, the range of behavioral questions he asks, and patterns he can identify early on. At the end of each session, he gave me tangible next steps for me to work on my own similar to how a personal trainer might between sessions. Regardless if you’re a career switcher or already coming from consulting, Karthik is able to prepare you for the process and is an exceptional coach.

Dione did a great job providing insights regarding my candidacy and recommended application strategy. She provided critical insights regarding my strengths and weaknesses. She provided actions to improve my recommendations and resume - in addition to what strengths I should lean in based on my work experience and background. It was very evident that she tried to provide as much value as possible given the hourly package I purchased!

John is a fantastic coach who really takes the time to listen and get to know you and then develops an organized plan of action. He has helped me career pivot from an IB/VC background to PM and knows his stuff! I highly recommend working with John and his pricing is very fair for the value you get. 10/10

Karla is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with her throughout my MBA application journey and was accepted into 5 of the top 15 programs. For the Wharton TBD, Karla did a great job moderating the group and then provided tangible feedback at the group and individual level. With her help, I felt prepared and confident going into my Wharton TBD interview!
