Tim has a great coaching style that is a blend of encouragement of what's working and honest feedback about what's not working. He identifies and magnifies your strengths while giving tailored advice where you need improvement. He was a huge help to me and offered superb structural feedback followed by detailed analysis. I used 11 hours across essays for 5 schools (with an emphasis on GSB), and we got to a really strong place for all of them. He's also just a nice guy to work with--really went out of his way to support me.

As an engineer, I was worried about articulating my story without having too much jargon. Karla provided invaluable insight on my essays and resume, helping me feel confident when I finally hit the submit button. She guided me through wording, storytelling, and framing my experiences in a way that highlighted my strengths clearly. She pushed me to refine my message while making sure my authentic voice still came through. I'd highly recommend Karla to anyone who wants that extra edge in polishing essays or resume, especially if you are from a very technical background like me.

Working with Max was nothing short of transformative and me finding him was truly a miracle. I invested over 20 hours with him, building an incredibly thorough investment banking model and diving deep into the complexities of IB, Excel, and the resources needed to succeed for my IB MBA summer associate internship. Amazing coach & tutor. Helped me as a consultant quickly learn and get up to speed on a wide variety of financial technical topics and modeling. Honestly, this guy is the real deal - knows basically anything related to financial technicals down cold, able to explain the most complicated topics in a concise and easy-to-understand manner, and also brings a positive / enthusiastic energy to meetings. John is awesome and I would give him 10/5 stars if I could.
