Having attended a few free Leland sessions, I was actually planning to go with a different coach, but I decided to coach with Claire because I saw that she would be someone who would 1) keep me honest with whatever timeline I set, 2) provide encouragement to keep pushing through the process, 3) and give honest feedback. And she certainly delivered! Claire was very responsive to my messages; tailored in her approach, e.g., we put together a coaching package for what I was looking for; and provided direct, directional, and insightful comments on essays to help me make the next draft meaningfully better. I particularly appreciated her check-in messages and words of encouragement. On top of this, she was really efficient with her reviews and helped me stretch my coaching time to get everything across the finish line. In short, Claire is great.

Sage is an expert at the GMAT. I have worked with different teachers, and what stood out to me is that he constantly pushes you to think and reason rather than relying on memorization. He ensures you develop multiple strategies to approach each question, since on test day your first approach may not work and you need a reliable backup. Another factor that really helped me was his thorough diagnostics of my situation and the outstanding follow-ups, notes, and action plans he provided in Word documents. I could not recommend him more highly.

I enjoy meeting with Grant because he is very affable, a great listener, and respectful. Grant asks thoughtful questions that can lead to deep reflection. Would definitely recommend meeting with Grant for anyone looking to understand themselves better and forge a better road ahead!

Lifesaver -- I was in a crunch pivoting to consulting recruiting during MBA2 and had analysis paralysis with all the Career Center, Internet, and peer advice. Jeremy realistically assessed where I was at in our first session and was quickly able to give me the right plan to maximize our 1 on 1 time with pointed homework assignments to increase my skills. He continued to tailor the exercises and feedback based on my individual progression which greatly accelerated my learning. Furthermore, his debrief points were clear and concise with defined areas of improvement we could measure between sessions. Lastly, he was very encouraging and positive throughout a very stressful rush to the finish line. While I'd recommend Jeremy to anyone based on his style and the quality of his coaching, I would say that he is a really amazing coach for folks that have a prior military or sports training background that want an advanced, next level coach who can accelerate your progress when you put in the work.

Working with Michael has been nothing short of transformative. His ability to dig deeper, push you to confront yourself at the most meaningful levels, and cut through the noise to uncover clarity is remarkable. He pairs sharp intellectual aptitude with genuine passion for helping others succeed. I don’t know yet if I’ve been admitted to the program, but regardless, this experience has been worth everything. I trust Michael with any question about Schwarzman, travel, or life, and always leave feeling more grounded and confident. I am truly grateful, and anyone who has the opportunity to work with Michael should consider themselves incredibly fortunate.

Tim has a great coaching style that is a blend of encouragement of what's working and honest feedback about what's not working. He identifies and magnifies your strengths while giving tailored advice where you need improvement. He was a huge help to me and offered superb structural feedback followed by detailed analysis. I used 11 hours across essays for 5 schools (with an emphasis on GSB), and we got to a really strong place for all of them. He's also just a nice guy to work with--really went out of his way to support me.
