Donna is one of the most genuine and patient leaders, mentors, and coaches I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She functions from a holistic view of the world and the individuals around her. Always allowing for time and space to let coaching sessions and relationships naturally evolve based on shared trust and respect. Her holistic perspective meets the individual where they are and with the necessary accountability to keep the ownership of progress on the coaches, where it belongs. Donna has been, and will continue to be, one of my favorite coaches/mentors throughout my 20+ years as a professional.

I've known Ashu for over 20 years as a trusted advisor throughout my career. What set's Ashu apart is his rare ability to truly listen and work to understand the nuances of each situation. Ashu was very helpful in helping me consider if I should continue running my consulting company or go back to industry, and if I stay with consulting, what I should be targeting to sell. Christina is a phenomenal coach that has a true passion for guiding others towards success! I worked for her on behaviorals (a historical weakness of mine) for just 30 minutes, but even in that short time, I was able to get a grasp of how to frame my stories in an exciting way.
