Over 85% of students who interned as a part of the program ultimately accepted Illinois-based jobs after graduating. * Elected President after serving two years as Vice President of the Illinois Small College Placement Association (ISCPA). Responsibilities included developing a strategic plan, organizing the internal mentoring program, chairing the Professional Development Committee, planning an Employer Site Visit to the Chicago White Sox, and the annual summer retreat, as well as purchasing professional liability for the association for the first time in over 25 years.
