Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner—especially during moments of transition or uncertainty. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of being coached by three incredible individuals whose guidance helped shape my path, unlock new opportunities, and give me the confidence to grow into new roles. Their impact on my life is a big part of why I coach today. My own non-linear journey has shown me that success often comes from following your curiosity, embracing change, and learning how to tell your story in a way that reflects who you really are. Coaching gives me the opportunity to support others through those same pivotal moments. I find deep fulfillment in helping people uncover their strengths, figure out what they truly want, and take confident steps toward careers that feel aligned, exciting, and sustainable.
