I can’t vouch enough for Rachel’s leadership and mentorship capabilities. I’ve seen firsthand the deep care and compassion she demonstrates for her mentees and all other individuals in her life. Rachel is the type of person to drop everything and put 110% into helping others, even if she doesn’t have the time. She helped guide me through the investment banking recruiting process as an underclassmen, and soon after launched a Women in Finance Mentorship program, which has created a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
