About Wendy
I'm Wendy – I am currently based in NYC. I went to USC for undergrad and I joined Moelis after graduation where I spent three years both as an Analyst and Associate working on M&A and restructuring transactions. After Moelis, I joined Silver Lake in their New York office as an Associate on their Investment Team and worked on transactions and portfolio companies across a variety of sectors including internet, healthcare IT, semiconductors and software.
Why do I coach?
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the mentors who supported me early on. Recruiting isn’t just about having the right resume – it’s about knowing how to tell your story, navigate the process strategically, and show up with confidence. I was lucky to have incredible mentors who helped me early in my career. Their support made all the difference, and it’s a big part of why I’m so passionate about coaching others today.
