Nico was honestly extremely helpful. Starting with meditation helped me ground myself and gather my thoughts. Then, his method and guiding questions helped me map out what was important to me, and understand what I truly wanted out of life beyond the low-hanging fruit. Finally, he helped me set up experiments that would drive me toward my overall life goal that he helped me formulate. I highly recommend Nico as a very compassionate, patient, and insightful coach!
