Anyone would be so lucky to have Kristina as a coach. I was lucky enough to be in Kristina's cluster at Columbia Business School, and she is not only smart but also genuine, kind, and thoughtful. She mentored so many students throughout our time at Columbia, from first years applying for MBA internships to prospective students writing application essays. Ming is an uplifting coach. She is a great listener, trustworthy and easy to connect with. Before working with Ming, I lost the drive in my career because of the toxic working environment in my previous company.
