I was referred to Justin by an associate I knew in banking who spoke very highly of him. At first, I was hesitant about using a coach since there are so many free resources available online. However, working with Justin ended up being one of the best decisions I made. He has a deep understanding of both behavioral and technical aspects of the recruiting process, and he knows exactly how to prepare you for what to expect. Coming from a non target background, I felt that the odds were stacked against me, especially as a non U.S. citizen. There were definitely moments where I doubted whether breaking into investment banking was realistic for me. With Justin’s guidance, I was able to stay focused, improve quickly, and ultimately secure an offer as an investment banking analyst. I had the unique opportunity to create a role from scratch with Melinda throughout my college career. Working with her weekly consistently pushed me to learn and be comfortable asking questions. If it was not for my experience with Melinda professionally, I would not be where I am today. She gave me the opportunity to develop professionally while being my mentor academically.
