I've known Nisha both professionally and personally for 8+ years now. She is my first call when I feel stuck. When I was weighing two very different career offers, she helped me to step back and re-evaluate the two pathways in the larger scheme of my career. It wasn't just a decision of what do I want to do next, but what will help me to move my career directionally closer to my longer term goals.
