Michael made a huge difference in my recruiting process. I came in with a decent understanding of the basics, but I didn’t really know how to position myself or approach things strategically. I came into the private equity recruiting process feeling super lost on how to approach it. I was not sure about whether or not I initially wanted to recruit so I missed the first wave of recruiting and found myself in "off-cycle" recruiting which in many ways was both more difficult, unstructured, and immensely more drawn out than the traditional private equity recruiting process.
