About Davide

I am a former Manager at Bain & Company, where I also served as a Global Trainer for new joiners. I have firsthand experience in highly competitive recruiting processes across consulting and Big Tech, including Google. I work with students and professionals who want to improve their case interview skills, build stronger personal stories, and perform at their best in interviews for top consulting firms and beyond.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I find it genuinely rewarding to help talented people make ambitious career moves with more clarity and confidence. I was fortunate to have people in my career who invested time in me, and coaching is my way of giving that same support to others. Interview preparation can easily become overly technical, but what often makes the difference is a combination of structured thinking, self-awareness, and the ability to communicate your story convincingly. My goal is not only to help people perform well in interviews, but to help them grow in a way that will stay useful long after the recruiting process is over.
