You know what you want to say, but still hold back in certain moments, even though you are qualified to be in the room. You may overthink before speaking, second-guess after, feel pressure to get it right, or notice that you are not fully showing up the way you want to. These moments tend to repeat in similar situations, especially when the stakes are higher or visibility is greater. This package focuses on understanding that pattern and changing how you respond to it. Over three sessions, we map out how this shows up in your day-to-day work. We look at the situations that trigger it, what is going through your mind in those moments, and how it shapes your decisions and communication. From there, we work on how to handle those moments differently and build a practical approach you can use right away. The pattern does not disappear in three sessions. What changes is that you can recognize it while it is happening and avoid getting pulled fully into it. You are able to speak, decide, and act with more clarity even when the pressure is still there. For some clients, that shift is enough. For others, it shows what would need to be addressed to change the pattern more consistently.
