You have a career situation in front of you that has been open too long. You have the experience, the options, and enough self-awareness to know this is not a simple decision. Something keeps getting in the way of actually moving on it. This intensive is for the professional who is ready to stop circling one specific career situation and leave with a decision that actually holds. ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ โ High-achieving first-generation and diaspora professionals navigating a specific career decision โ Professionals who have thought this through carefully and are still stuck โ People who sense the obstacle is not just practical but something more personal underneath it ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ The first session looks directly at what has been keeping this particular situation open. Not the practical surface of it. The layer underneath where the real obstacle lives โ the place where inherited pressure, identity, and your own direction have gotten tangled around this specific decision. From there, we get precise. What you actually want here, separate from what you have been told to want, what makes sense on paper, and what you feel responsible for protecting. We define the decision clearly and build a concrete plan for moving on it. ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ Most career coaching works at the execution layer. What to do, how to position, which path to take. That layer assumes the decision is available. This work operates underneath it โ where the belief structure maintaining the stuck position actually lives. The path was never just yours. That weight does not disappear when you try to make a career decision. It shapes what feels available, what feels safe, and what feels like it costs too much. That is what we work on here.
A named obstacle โ what has actually been keeping this open
A decision that holds, made from your own direction rather than inherited pressure
A concrete action plan for the next 30 to 90 days
The ability to recognize the pattern if it tries to reassert itself
Coaching delivered via live sessions.
โ Direct and precise. We work on what is actually there, not the polished version of it. โ Culturally grounded. I understand the specific weight that first-generation and diaspora professionals carry into their decisions and their leadership. That weight is not a side note here. It is central to the work. โ Below the surface. Most coaching works on the visible problem. I work at the layer underneath it, where the pattern that keeps generating the problem actually lives. โ Your language, not mine. The insights that come out of this work are named in your words, not translated into a framework you have to remember later. โ Structured and focused. Every session has a direction. You will not leave wondering what just happened or what comes next. โ Credentialed and experienced. JD, Columbia Law School. AB, Harvard University. Certified Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Positive Intelligenceยฎ trained. 1,200+ hours of coaching delivered across career direction, leadership presence, and professional development.

Career Decision Strategist Helping You Go From Circling to Committed
My path to career coaching runs through two decades of working inside the kinds of institutions and decisions my clients are navigating. Corporate law at Jones Day came first, focusing on cross-border M&A and Sovereign Wealth transactions and the high-stakes pressure that comes with them. From there, the work expanded into energy and higher education leadership at Johns Hopkins University, and eventually into designing training programs and instructional materials now used by more than one million professionals across major organizations. The rooms where difficult career decisions get made are familiar territory. So is the experience of making several hard ones. A graduate of Columbia Law School and Harvard University, where I majored in Biology, I am a Certified Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Positive Intelligenceยฎ trained coach, currently working toward my ICF PCC credentials. The methodologies behind the work are grounded in decision-pattern analysis and mental fitness, which means sessions go beyond advice and strategy. The goal is building the internal capacity to make decisions clearly and follow through on them.
