It's a decision loop — a repeating pattern of interpretation, emotion, and coping that keeps the decision circling without resolution. This session is designed to identify that pattern precisely. Before we meet, you'll complete the Positive Intelligence® Saboteur Assessment. During the session, we analyze those results together and map how they're interacting with the specific decision you're facing. You leave with a Decision Pressure Snapshot™ — a structured diagnostic showing the loop that's been running and the pressures driving it. Once the pattern is visible, you can decide how you want to move forward. My work is structured and analytical rather than motivational. Most professionals aren’t stuck because they lack ambition or options — they’re stuck because a decision pattern is operating underneath the surface. In our sessions, we focus on understanding how you are actually approaching the decision: the assumptions you’re making, the values that are in tension, and the mental strategies that activate when the decision feels high-stakes. Instead of offering generic advice, I guide you through a clear process that surfaces the structure of the decision itself. Depending on the package, our work may include mapping the decision loop, identifying the saboteur patterns influencing your thinking, defining the exact decision that needs to be made, and building a practical action plan to move forward. Clients often say the biggest shift comes from seeing their thinking clearly for the first time. Once the structure of the decision becomes visible, the path forward becomes much easier to navigate.

Career Decision Strategist Helping You Go From Circling to Committed
My path to career coaching runs through two decades of working inside the kinds of institutions and decisions my clients are navigating. Corporate law at Jones Day came first, focusing on cross-border M&A and Sovereign Wealth transactions and the high-stakes pressure that comes with them. From there, the work expanded into energy and higher education leadership at Johns Hopkins University, and eventually into designing training programs and instructional materials now used by more than one million professionals across major organizations. The rooms where difficult career decisions get made are familiar territory. So is the experience of making several hard ones. A graduate of Columbia Law School and Harvard University, where I majored in Biology, I am a Certified Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Positive Intelligence® trained coach, currently working toward my ICF PCC credentials. The methodologies behind the work are grounded in decision-pattern analysis and mental fitness, which means sessions go beyond advice and strategy. The goal is building the internal capacity to make decisions clearly and follow through on them.
