Qualifications: I scored in the 99+% on both my SAT and ACT (35) and 800 on the SAT Math II & Bio Subject Tests. Welcome to my profile! I am a highly qualified SAT instructor, with perfect scores on the SAT, SAT II Math, GRE Quant, and ACT Math. I have been tutoring for over a decade, both independently and in the competitive NYC market, helping students achieve top scores—including perfect scores on the SAT Math, SAT Math II, and ACT Science, as well as GRE Quant scores as high as 166. My first score was in the 50th percentile. I studied my way to 99th percentile, so it's definitely possible. I have a 99th percentile score on the GMAT, GRE, and SAT, and have taught for Manhattan Prep, Kaplan, and Target Test Prep. I don't just teach the content. I teach how to think. I have a Masters in Education from Harvard and have written a book on the mental approach to standardized tests.

I've been coaching students for the SAT since 2013, and I keep fully up to date on all the developments with the exam, including the recent change to the digital format. I have coached dozens of students in one-on-one tutoring, including students who have scored up to 1540 on the exam. What's important to me is personal improvement and a growth mindset: every mistake offers an opportunity to learn how to improve. For this reason, I ask all students to keep an Error Log of mistakes, so that we can understand your knowledge gaps as well as process errors, in order to help you score as high as possible on your next exam.
