Welcome to my profile! I'm a Stanford postdoc and a UW-Madison PhD student with a passion for chemistry research and teaching. I'm always mentoring in the lab as well as in formal mentoring programs throughout my undergrad, PhD, and postdoc experiences, and with my own experience being admitted to 10 top tier PhD programs I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching practice. Following the completion of my Ph.D., I worked at Yale University, Johns Hopkins University, the University College Dublin (UCD), the University of Nottingham, the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) and SSPI. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship in psychology at Yale University. I was an Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins University. I was an Associate Professor at UCD. I was Full Professor, Chair in Education, at the University of Nottingham. I was Full Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston). I was Vice President for Research and Evaluation at SSPI. I was also CEO at IRINSTITUTES.

As a current MD-PhD candidate at Stanford University School of Medicine, I bring a wealth of experience in both medical and scientific research. My journey includes co-founding SynaptoBoost, where I am actively involved in developing innovative therapeutics for Drug-Resistant Epilepsy. With a strong foundation in research from prestigious institutions like MIT and Stanford, I have honed my skills in identifying and analyzing complex biological interactions.
