As a member of the HBS Class of 2028, with admissions and scholarship offers from multiple M7 and T15 programs, I bring a strategic and structured approach to MBA admissions coaching. Coming from a non-traditional STEM background, I’m especially well-positioned to help candidates who don’t fit the “traditional” MBA mold translate their unique experiences into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with admissions committees. My background in management consulting and client services has trained me to ask the right questions, uncover what truly differentiates your story, and communicate those ideas clearly - skills I apply directly to reviewing essays, resumes, and interview prep. Given my consulting background, I'm also highly mindful of working efficiently within your budget, accustomed to quick turnarounds on tight timelines, and flexible in customizing support to meet your specific needs. Having also personally tested nearly every major MBA prep resource (e.g., Applicant Lab, Forte MBA Launch, Target Test Prep, GMAT and GRE official materials, Magoosh, and others), I can offer candid guidance on which additional tools are actually worth your time and investment. My goal is simple: to meet you where you are and help get you to a point where you can submit strong applications that feel authentic, polished, and confident.

As an alum of Harvard Business and Kennedy Schools, I navigated multiple graduate degree admissions processes. I’ve worked with candidates who have successfully applied to Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, and other top MBA programs. I started my career at Bain & Company and then worked in tech (biz ops and growth) before grad school. I have been closely involved in civic and public service opportunities including working at the US Treasury and serving as a State Delegate prior to school. While in my three-year MPP and MBA program, I worked in Venture Capital and Growth Equity investing at Norwest Venture Partners, Floodgate Ventures, and Summit Partners. I now run Growth Strategy @ Carta, a $7B tech co in Silicon Valley. I coach in my spare time because I love helping candidates distill their stories and present the best version of themselves to adcoms! When I applied, my partner was also interested in an MBA -- we wanted to maximize our chances of living in the same city during school, which led us to deeply research and contact admissions and alumni at all top 7 MBA programs to ensure we understood how we would be evaluated. After hundreds of hours of research myself, there is nothing I love more than being able to share that knowledge strategically & concisely with applicants. I particularly enjoy working with dual-degree candidates, candidates with public/non-profit sector experience and candidates interested in emerging tech and Venture Capital. As someone who applied with a partner, I can also speak to how various degree programs consider partner applications and strategy around managing dual-MBA families.

I’m an HBS MBA, former Deloitte consultant, and former Head of Talent Acquisition at a publicly traded biotech company. I work with people from nontraditional backgrounds who are applying to top MBA programs and need help telling a story that actually stands out. My sweet spot is candidates outside the usual MBB and finance tracks who know they’re strong but aren’t sure how to position themselves. My own path to business school wasn’t typical either. I studied sociology in undergrad and nearly pursued PhD programs before finding my way to HBS. I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, been published twice, and helped many friends through admissions, including several who got into HBS. MBA from Chicago Booth. I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy and operations — leading GTM strategy at Yext, driving Rokt's $325M Series E to a ~$2B valuation, and running cross-functional strategy and ops as Chief of Staff at Flex. Currently heading up GTM Operations at TLDR Media, where I own revenue operations, pricing strategy, and commercial systems end-to-end. On the coaching side, I've placed candidates into Chicago Booth (5+, including two with scholarships), Harvard Business School, and Stanford GSB — and successfully guided one applicant from a Booth rejection to a Berkeley Haas acceptance. I spent 5 years on the Chicago Booth Admissions Committee, which gives me a direct lens into how top programs evaluate candidates. I was also co-chair of the Booth Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club and a TA for Commercializing Innovation and Lab to Launch.
