I coach MBA candidates using a combination of firsthand insight from top business schools and a proven record of admissions outcomes. I am a Wharton MBA and Trailblazer Fellow, and I currently serve as President of the Wharton Graduate Association, representing over 2,000 MBA students and working closely with school leadership. I was also admitted to Harvard Business School, which gives me a direct understanding of how the most selective programs evaluate candidates and differentiate between strong profiles. I’ve coached 60+ MBA applicants, helping candidates gain admission to Top 10 programs, including Wharton, Stanford GSB, Kellogg, Columbia, Haas, Booth, NYU Stern, and Duke Fuqua. Prior to business school, I worked across product, operations, and finance roles at Amazon, Capital One, TD Bank, and high-growth startups, allowing me to coach candidates from nontraditional and international backgrounds with real-world context. I've guided candidates through the full MBA admissions process for over 10 years — from school selection and application strategy through to essays, CV, letters of recommendation, and interview prep. Nearly all candidates who completed the full journey with me were admitted to their target school, including M7 programs (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, Booth, Kellogg, MIT Sloan) and top European schools (LBS, INSEAD, HEC Paris, Bocconi, IE, IESE, Cambridge, Oxford). As a BCG consultant with an engineering background, I bring a perspective that most admissions coaches don't have. I hold an MBA from SDA Bocconi and Columbia Business School, and a mechanical engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and the University of Illinois, so I've navigated this transition firsthand, on both sides of the Atlantic. I got into Wharton with a GMAT of 710 and TOEFL of 106, both well below the school's average. I also received scholarship and fellowship offers from NYU Stern and Michigan Ross. My test scores didn't define my application. What stood out was my unique story: diverse career pivots across functions and markets, a niche in entrepreneurship, design thinking, and EdTech, and a track record of doing things others thought impossible (like publishing two books before ever working in corporate). I leaned into what made me different, not what made me "the same best" as everyone else. That's the biggest mistake I see applicants make: trying to fit into what they think MBA programs want. But admissions committees aren't looking for the "best" candidate. They're looking for a diverse class of unique individuals. Your job isn't to be perfect. It's to be distinctly you.
