I’ve worked with operators, investors, and founders across different stages of their careers, including many who have used an MBA to pivot, accelerate, or reposition themselves. I completed my MBA at UC Berkeley, and more importantly, I’ve seen how the degree actually plays out in the real world. In my career across private equity, venture building, and now advising founder-led businesses, I’ve seen what the MBA unlocks and where it falls short if not approached intentionally. Getting into a program is only part of the equation. The real value comes from how you position your story, choose the right program, and use the experience to create opportunities on the other side. I work with candidates on both admission strategy and how to think beyond it, so you are not just getting in, but setting yourself up for the outcomes you actually want after graduation.

As a graduate from top MBA program UCLA Anderson, I know what it takes to put together a successful application for MBA programs. I understand the entire process understanding the hardship and struggles it takes. As a coach, I provide end to end support for the entire process, building my clients confidence throughout the process so that they start their MBA program feeling ready. I'm particularly skilled at helping others craft, embrace, and communicate their story ensuring that all written deliverables of an MBA application come together to make my clients stand out. Since my launch I've helped clients get admitted to their dream programs (with scholarship offers), including top MBA programs like Haas, Ross, Kellogg, Fuqua, Anderson, INSEAD, and Marshall. More importantly than helping my clients get admitted, I've provided my clients the support they needed for this major step, with my clients all expressing gratitude for the confidence they feel in their own abilities.

After spending six years as a software engineer in the Bay Area, I decided to take on the challenge of applying to MBA programs—which turned out to be quite the adventure (so much so that I did it twice!). With my DIY approach to life, I handled most of the application process on my own. A big thanks to the awesome Leland coaches who helped me nail the interviews, leading to acceptances from three out of my four top-choice schools. Now, I'm enjoying my time pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School. Along the way, I've picked up more insights about the program than I ever expected. I realized I love sharing what I've learned and helping others on their own paths. That's why I joined Leland.
