I’m a Harvard Business School graduate who got in on sheer grit — no family connections, no employer sponsorship, and definitely no 760 GMAT. In fact, I took the test eight times and ended up with a 690. I wasn’t the obvious admit. I didn’t come from a mega fund. I wasn’t a check the box candidate. But I understood the formula — and once you understand how HBS and the GSB really make decisions, your chances of admission increase exponentially. There’s a strategy to this process that most applicants — and even many coaches — miss. I’ve lived it. I’ve helped others do it. And I only work with people who are truly serious about winning. This is not a volume game. It's about positioning, storytelling, and playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. As a Wharton MBA graduate who came from a non-traditional background and a non-target undergraduate school, I know what it takes to break into top MBA programs without the typical resume.
