Earlier in my career, I worked as a venture and growth equity investor, evaluating and backing fintech and enterprise software companies, and as a strategy consultant focused on commercial due diligence for PE clients. I applied to GSB, HBS, and Wharton. Interviewed at each school, was accepted at GSB and Wharton and am attending GSB. I did my undergrad in the US and am an international student. I can speak to applying as an international student from highly overrepresented groups and building a stand-out application even from a traditional background such as consulting + PE.
