Federico’s MBA Qualifications
60+ people coached for MBA
Welcome to my profile. I’m a Wharton MBA graduate and former Admissions Fellow with firsthand experience navigating—and evaluating—the MBA admissions process. Professionally, I’m a co-founder of GenieAI, an AI-driven B2B fintech company backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs, where I’ve raised millions of dollars and am actively scaling the business. Earlier in my career, I worked as a venture and growth equity investor, evaluating and backing fintech and enterprise software companies, and as a strategy consultant focused on commercial due diligence for PE clients. This combination gives me a strong perspective on what top MBA programs look for in future business leaders—both on paper and in practice. I’m deeply committed to mentorship and have coached 50+ MBA applicants through every stage of the process, from school strategy and positioning to essays and interviews. My clients have been admitted to HBS, Stanford GSB, Wharton, MIT Sloan, Columbia, Chicago Booth, INSEAD, and other top programs. Whether you’re shaping your overall application narrative, refining essays, or preparing for interviews, I’ll help you present a clear, authentic, and compelling profile that stands out. Let’s work together to turn your MBA goals into admits.

About Federico
I am a Wharton MBA graduate and former Admissions Fellow at the Wharton School, where I led team-based application evaluations and discussions, gaining firsthand insight into how top MBA admissions committees assess candidates. Since then, I have helped 50+ applicants gain admission to top MBA programs, including Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, Wharton, MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School, Chicago Booth, INSEAD, and other leading global programs. My coaching approach is highly strategic and tailored. I specialize in MBA application strategy, narrative structuring, essay strategy and drafting, recommendation letter strategy, and interview preparation. I work closely with candidates to clarify their positioning, sharpen their personal story, and ensure every component of the application reinforces a coherent, compelling case for admission. In parallel, I am the co-founder and CEO of an AI-driven fintech company, which gives me a strong perspective on leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-world impact—experiences that often resonate deeply in MBA applications. Whether you are refining essays at the last minute or building an end-to-end application strategy, my goal is to help you present the strongest, most authentic version of yourself to admissions committees.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how much outcomes improve when talented candidates have clear guidance. As a former Wharton Admissions Fellow, I watched strong applicants miss out—not because they lacked ability, but because their story wasn’t positioned clearly or strategically. I also benefited from mentors who helped me sharpen my own narrative, and that support made a meaningful difference in my path. Coaching allows me to level the playing field by giving candidates honest, insider feedback and a clear strategy—so their applications reflect their true strengths and potential.
