I am 1/30 deferred admits to the Stanford MBA class of 2028. I applied as a senior in college, and have not only coached many peers on their own MBA admissions process, but I've frequently hosted events with Stanford MBA students in New York City. I have also served on the scholarship admissions counsel at USC, where I attended as a full-tuition merit scholar, as well as a campus recruiting lead for McKinsey & Company while I was a Business Analyst there. My specialty lies in authentic storytelling, and I excel at coaching students on how to write their personal statement, resume, application strategy for recommendation letters, and any other supplementary essays/materials. I use personality science and behavioral health best practices to help my students thoroughly enjoy the process of applying, and also utilize AI to design custom training plans and educational resources for the more mechanical parts of the application process, including test taking. I'm excited to work with more students, especially those who are looking for guidance on how to sell their story!

I got into Stanford GSB's deferred MBA program and have helped hundreds of college students navigate similar paths through founding HeadStart Fellowship. Over the past few years, I've coached students who've landed deferred admits at top programs, including another Stanford GSB acceptance. My approach is straightforward: I know what works because I just went through it. I understand the entire process from GMAT prep and essay strategy to school selection and career positioning. Having worked in private equity and now building my own company, I get both the traditional finance path and the entrepreneurship route that many deferred programs value. What makes my coaching different is that I'm not decades removed from the college experience. I graduated from UT Austin last year, so I understand the real challenges students face today. Through HeadStart Fellowship, I've seen what separates students who get into top programs from those who don't. It's not about having perfect stats or the "right" background. It's about telling a story only you can tell and positioning yourself authentically. I focus on helping students discover and articulate their unique value proposition, then build applications that showcase genuine impact and clear future vision. I grew up in Russia and I had the privilege of studying at the Higher School of Economics, where I graduated with honors. My career began at EY - Transaction Advisory Services in Moscow, where I juggled a demanding full-time job with a full-time master’s program. In 2017, my work paid off with an international transfer to EY Boston. By 2022, I had realized a dream by joining the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Beyond my professional life, I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring students in Moscow and Boston through UStrive, and engaging in social consulting projects with non-profits in Boston.
