I am currently attending Stanford Law School, after having received admission to several other T14 law schools and some very generous scholarships. I deferred law school for a year to obtain a Masters at Oxford University on a full scholarship from Columbia University. I have extensive experience in editing application essays and resumes for mentees and friends, and several of these people have gone on to win prestigious fellowships or gain admission at T5 law schools such as Columbia Law School. I am committed and detail-oriented – key components in crafting compelling law school applications. I am a Yale Law School, Bain & Co., and Yale College alum who is passionate about helping applicants tell their stories. As someone who navigated the nuances of competitive admissions alone, I understand the frustration of feeling overwhelmed by forum posts, wondering what to make of conflicting information, and puzzling over how generic advice applied to my unique situation. And as someone who has been on the other side reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates, I also understand what stands out (and what doesn't). I became an admissions coach to help students overcome application-season anxiety and to develop confidence in the decisions they make on their application. I want to help you, too. I'll be entering Yale Law School this fall as a Truman Scholar and Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow. As a first-gen applicant, I've spent years learning this process, inside and out: what makes for a winning personal statement, the way an addendum or supplemental essay can reframe an entire application, and what it actually takes to build a narrative that feels true to you—while speaking the language that admissions committees respond to. A lot of law school coaches went through the admissions process years, if not decades, ago. As a YLS Launchpad Scholar from 2024 to 2026, I received cutting-edge, comprehensive advice from admissions officers at T14s around the country. Ultimately, in the 2026 application cycle (which is widely regarded as the most competitive in history), I gained admission to Yale, Stanford, Chicago, UVA, Penn, Berkeley, and Duke. As a former Associate Director of Admissions at Stanford Law School, I have read thousands of applications front to back, and have a deep understanding of what top law schools are looking for. It is more than just trying to 'stand out' from the crowd. You will need to craft a highly compelling story so that you convince the admissions committee that you have amazing potential as a law student, AND you will make a valuable contribution. I have many years of experience helping prospective law students gain admission to their dream schools - even those with less than optimal GPAs and LSAT scores. I grew up in South Tucson, Arizona, and I’m now a JD/PhD candidate at Yale Law School and the University of Oxford. As a Truman Scholar, Marshall Scholar, and Skadden Fellow, I’ve been through the fellowship and admissions process at the highest levels.
