With a rich academic background from Yale University and the Courtauld Institute of Art, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Art History at the University of Texas at Austin. If you're aiming for a school that feels just out of reach, I'm the person who can help you close that gap. I've done it myself, and I've done it for others. I'm finishing the MFA at London Business School right now, one of the best finance programs in the world, and I got there from a solid but not famous undergrad. That's exactly the jump I help my students make. If the ambition is real, the path is usually there, even when your CV doesn't yet scream "top school." Here's what makes me different. I've just lived this process, so I know what actually gets you in today, not advice from ten years ago. I also pay close attention to why people get rejected, which is often more useful than knowing why they got in. When we work together, you won't get generic tips. You'll get someone who knows exactly what each school is looking for and how to make you the candidate they say yes to. I also have real international reach. I've helped students get into UK, French, Italian and Asian programs, and I understand how differently each system reads an application. One student I worked with got into one of the hardest international double degrees out there, between Bocconi and ESSEC. I grew up between languages and cultures myself, in a French international school in Morocco, and I speak three fluently, so I know how to guide students from any background, including the rarer paths that don't come with a roadmap. I've also helped people into the LBS MFA, and I work on undergraduate applications too, especially in the UK system. I am a recent BA Maths and MSci Systems Biology graduate from Cambridge. Prior to this, I acheived 4A* in A Levels (in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry) and passed both the TMUA and STEP admissions tests. During my maths degree, I studied a wide range of topics in pure and applied maths, looking at topics in physics, finance, statistics and algebra. I also completed computer projects in MATLAB and Python. In my MSci, I studied topics in mathematical/computational biology. This taught me data science, machine learning, and biological modelling - using Python, R and C++.

I study AI and Aerospace Engineering at Stanford. I applied from abroad with no US counselor and wasn’t rejected anywhere I applied. Before that: co-founded Romania’s first spacecraft development team and launched satellites with SpaceX. Engineering roles at Airbus and Tarana Wireless in electrical and RF. I'm a fashion industry professional with a background that bridges creative and analytical work — I earned my Bachelor's in Fashion Business Management from Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and my MS in Business Analytics from Fordham's Gabelli School, then built my career inside the luxury industry—from CRM and digital marketing at GQ and Brooks Brothers, to inventory analytics at Christian Dior Couture, to my current role as an Inventory & CapEx Analyst at OTB Group (the house behind Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, and Jil Sander). I've seen how fashion actually runs as a business: how brands manage merchandise, forecast trends, allocate capital, and turn consumer data into decisions. What makes one student stand out while another with similar grades gets rejected? In my experience, it is rarely just academic achievement. The strongest college applications tell a coherent story—one that reflects a student's strengths, aspirations, and character while demonstrating why they are the right fit for a particular university. As a University Professor, Associate Dean for International Affairs, and former Vice President of the European University College Association (EUCA), I have spent more than a decade mentoring students, serving on university selection committees, writing recommendation letters, and advising applicants pursuing international academic opportunities. My own academic journey has also included highly competitive scholarships and awards, giving me first-hand experience of the admissions process from both sides. My approach combines education, psychology, and character education. I don't believe in generic templates or essays written to impress admissions committees. I’m an almost-3x Stanford graduate who is passionate about helping students recognize what makes them special and tell their stories in a way that feels both authentic and compelling. I’m originally from Zimbabwe and first came to the U.S. on a full-ride undergraduate scholarship to Stanford. As a Stanford undergrad, I served as a Resident Assistant and Student Programs Assistant at the Center for African Studies, published research in women’s health, and was deeply involved in the social impact community. I later returned to Stanford for my MBA and MA in Education, where I served as an Arbuckle Leadership Fellow coaching first-year MBA students and as an instructor for a Stanford leadership course. Over the years, I’ve coached 10+ students through the college application process, including five who went on to attend top U.S. universities with scholarships. I particularly enjoy helping students figure out how to turn the experiences, interests, and ambitions they already have into an application with a clear and memorable story. I care about this work because I benefited enormously from people who helped me see my own potential and taught me how to tell my story. I come from a culture where self-promotion doesn’t always come naturally, so learning to advocate for myself was a skill I had to develop. I’m especially excited to help students who may similarly struggle to recognize just how much they have to offer, or how to communicate it confidently.
