I was the first in my family to go to college in the United States. I know what it's like to navigate a system with no roadmap — and I know what it takes to stand out. Since then, I've read over 600 personal essays and life stories through my mentorship program and coaching work. I've helped students articulate what makes them unique — not what they think admissions wants to hear. My clients have gone on to land roles at Big Tech, the White House, and top startups. I was Instagram's first hire in Latin America and built my career by learning to tell stories that cut through noise. When I was an undergraduate at Harvard I started helping students apply to top schools, and then was a full-time admissions coach for exceptional Chinese high school students in Beijing. I have extensive experience creating school lists, crafting essays to tell your most compelling story, strategizing about extra-curricular activities, and preparing for interviews. I also bring experience from working in university Disability Services, where I supported college students in navigating complex systems, advocating for themselves, and accessing the resources they needed to succeed. That work gave me a deeper understanding of how colleges really work—and what helps students thrive once they arrive, not just what helps them get admitted. As someone who navigated the college admissions process as a first-generation Indian-American student—ultimately earning a spot at UC Berkeley for EECS and later Harvard Business School’s 2+2 program—I know how daunting and confusing this journey can be. I didn’t have a roadmap handed to me. I had to figure it out the hard way—writing and rewriting essays, researching every program, and learning how to stand out without losing my voice. Since then, I’ve helped dozens of students craft authentic applications to top schools across the U.S., not just by editing essays, but by helping them find and shape their story. I also served as a mentor and fraternity president, where I supported younger students through the same challenges I once faced. Whether you're applying to an Ivy or a state school, I’m here to help you navigate this process with clarity, confidence, and a touch of creativity.

I graduated from Harvard with the John Harvard Scholarship (top 5% GPA), a major in Integrative Biology, and a minor in Computer Science. I have over 6 years of experience working as a full-time tutor for the ACT, SAT, and SSAT. I have also worked as a college essay consultant for the past two years. I have worked with over ten clients by giving interviews and assisting with college essays. Out of the five clients I worked with during this admissions cycle, four received interviews at Harvard. On average, my students have enjoyed improvements of anywhere between 150-250 points on the SAT. I know how to teach the Writing sections so that you will receive a perfect score. Two of my students have increased their scores from 600-800 in this section, and most of my students end my program scoring perfectly on the writing section especially. My ACT tutoring prep follows similar statistics. In the two tutoring companies I have worked for in the past, I was promoted to the highest tutoring status. I tutor full-time, and I am ready to help you reach the score of your dreams.
