About Lauryn
Hi! I’m Lauryn, a Stanford English Creative Writing graduate and current Rutgers Biomedical Sciences master’s student with experience in academic writing, medical school preparation, research, and mentorship. I’ve worked in clinical operations and research at Stanford and community health clinics, and I’m passionate about helping students strengthen their essays, applications, communication skills, and confidence. I especially enjoy supporting students navigating competitive academic and professional paths while staying authentic to themselves.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how overwhelming competitive academic and career spaces can feel without the right guidance and encouragement. Mentors and coaches helped me grow into a stronger writer, leader, and communicator, and I want to provide that same support to others. I love helping students feel more confident in their stories, goals, and potential.
