For over 20 years, I have helped students navigate the college admissions process with direction and confidence — especially when applying to BYU as incoming freshmen. With a background in education and a deep commitment to personalized support, I focus on helping each student shine in their own way. The best applications come from a place of authenticity, and I work closely with each student to uncover the experiences, values, and strengths that make their story meaningful. I have reviewed and edited hundreds of application and scholarship essays, offering honest, kind, and constructive feedback to help students express who they are with clarity — and heart. I care deeply about the young people I coach. I bring my best to every session—and I invite students to do the same. I graduated cum laude from Harvard and went on to earn graduate degrees from MIT, Wharton, and Stanford — giving me firsthand experience navigating admissions at four of the most selective universities in the world. I understand what these institutions look for because I've been through their processes as both an applicant and, later, as a Guest Lecturer at Stanford School of Medicine and MIT. Today I'm an active entrepreneur, investor, and board member with experience spanning six countries and four continents. I've advised students and families across the U.S. and Latin America (I'm fluent in Spanish and Portuguese) on every aspect of the college admissions journey — from building a compelling profile and discovering the right schools, to crafting standout essays and making the final enrollment decision. My approach is centered on fit, not just prestige: the best school for you is the one where you'll thrive academically, personally, and professionally, and that's not always the one with the lowest acceptance rate. I help students tell their authentic story, identify schools they may not have considered, and put together applications that reflect who they truly are.

I was accepted or waitlisted to all four schools to which I applied (BYU, UCLA, Caltech, and Stanford). My most recent consulting experience has been for master's programs (mainly MBA), but my writing skills and strategic thinking can help candidates apply to their dream undergraduate programs.

I've worked with Matriculate, a service for low income high achieving high school students that assists them in applying to college. I worked with two students and met with them regularly to help on application materials and researching school.
