After graduating from Hamilton College, I worked in investment banking for 6 years, with experience across Goldman Sachs' TMT group in San Francisco and Bank of America's Healthcare group in New York. Today, I am a Private Equity Associate at ZMC, a middle-market private equity firm focused on technology, media, and entertainment. I have firsthand experience recruiting for investment banking internships, lateral positions, and private equity. At each firm that I've worked at throughout my career, I have made it a point to be heavily involved in the recruiting process and have conducted numerous interviews for a variety of roles. I have navigated the competitive landscape of investment banking & private equity and have successfully mentored numerous clients to secure positions at top firms. I began my career in private equity after graduating from Georgetown, joining a multibillion-dollar fund as an investment professional. In addition to my deal work, I was entrusted with interviewing PE analyst candidates and helping determine who would join the firm — experience that gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of the recruiting process and the qualities investment teams prioritize. Combined with a Wharton MBA and a strong foundation in finance and accounting, my coaching is structured, analytical, and aligned with real private equity expectations. I help candidates elevate their technical skills, strengthen their investment judgment, and craft a compelling narrative that resonates with PE hiring teams.

Over the past 20 years, I have helped scores of MBA students achieve their goals to be in private equity. Whether on the investment or operations side of the industry, I advised them on how to network to build relationships, tell their stories about the value they could add, and nail their interviews.

Worked for two years in CD&R's Healthcare Team in NY, during which I participated in three oncycle recruiting processes. I am intimately familiar with recruiting for private equity, life as a PE Associate, and tips that can help anyone be succcessful in the role.

I bring five years of Private Equity experience in London at a leading mid-market fund, where I evaluated hundreds of companies and worked on transactions totaling over $1 billion in enterprise value. I was the only woman on the investment team of ~50 professionals and was promoted to Investment Manager within 2.5 years, the first female at my firm to reach that level. I served as a board observer and worked closely with management teams on growth strategy, acquisitions, and operational improvements, from SaaS pricing and go-to-market design to senior hiring. Because I’ve sat on the investor side of the table, I understand exactly how investment committees think, what makes a deal compelling, and why strong candidates sometimes get rejected. As a coach, I help clients translate their background into a clear “investor narrative,” sharpen commercial judgment, and practice real case-style discussions so they can confidently navigate interviews and succeed once on the job. I’m the Founder of Zeus Global, an independent PE platform where I’ve led full deal processes — from sourcing and underwriting to diligence and capital formation — across live acquisitions in SaaS and tech-enabled services. Before launching Zeus, I led growth and middle-market investing at a $5B family office, and held investment roles at LeapFrog Investments and the Africa Finance Corporation. I earned my MBA from Stanford GSB. I’ve coached candidates across every stage, from pre-MBA associates and undergrads targeting analyst programs to post-MBA professionals navigating VP-track interviews. I specialize in helping “non-obvious” profiles break in by reframing their experience into an investor-ready narrative and building the technical and commercial acumen that top-tier PE firms demand.
