I've successfully navigated the highly competitive growth equity recruiting process, securing offers at Blackstone, General Atlantic, Norwest Venture Partners, and Lead Edge Capital. Most recently, I worked as an Analyst at Lead Edge Capital, where I focused on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. I've coached students who have landed roles at top growth equity and private equity firms, including Blackstone, General Atlantic, and Lead Edge. My specialty is helping candidates break into sourcing-focused growth equity analyst programs. These roles require a different skill set than traditional private equity (less modeling, more market mapping and deal origination), and I know exactly what firms are looking for because I've been on both sides of the process. In the past, I have coached undergraduates, MBA students, and mid-career professionals how to transition into Finance roles. I’ve worked in the private equity industry over 6 years, leading end-to-end deal processes at a middle market firm. I’ve sourced and diligenced deals, sat on boards, and partnered with founders post-close to drive growth and operational improvements. Before that, I worked at a high-growth startup, which gives me a unique operator-investor lens that many in PE don’t have. Welcome to my profile! I began my career in Morgan Stanley’s Consumer & Retail Group in 2018, and then joined TPG in 2021, where I worked across growth and middle market private equity investments. I also worked with TPG’s C-suite to launch TPG NEXT, a GP-stakes fund where I evaluated hundreds of opportunities across asset classes, and was involved in supporting experienced investors in launching and building their own firms. I left in 2025 to pursue my own entrepreneurial journey. During my time at TPG I was involved with associate recruiting, candidate evaluation, case study reviews, and training of new associates and interns. I’ve spent a meaningful part of my career on the investing side, working in private equity and leading acquisition efforts, and later advising founder-led businesses through transactions.
