As a co‑founder of Saturnus Capital AG, former private equity executive at BlackRock, and board member of several mid‑market companies, I am accustomed to partnering with exceptional people: entrepreneurs, experienced managers, seasoned investment professionals, and ambitious talent at the beginning of their careers. Together, we build market leaders by accelerating growth, executing operational improvements, closing strategic acquisitions, and building strong organizations. Over time, I have come to realize that my most meaningful contribution often lies in coaching individuals and teams. Helping ambitious people perform at their best and unlock their full potential has become the most rewarding aspect of my work. This insight led me to pursue a professional coaching education and to found my own coaching business. Today, I integrate this expertise into my work at Saturnus Capital, and I also offer personal coaching to individuals who are ready to create meaningful and lasting change.
