I have worked in corporate America for 10 years, following a pre-defined career path that was chosen for me before I even know who I was. I woke up one day a few years back tired, unfulfilled, and unhappy, and I decided there must be more to life. I leaned into discovering a way to identify my true talents, interests, dreams, and ultimately what made me unique. I crafted a methodology for helping others discover this priceless information about themselves as well, and I'd love to share it with you. My ultimate passion in life is helping others get unstuck and figuring out their true calling in life. I’ve always believed that your career and your life are not two separate stories. My journey has had its share of challenges, and it’s those very moments that shaped how I coach today. I started my career while managing a chronic illness, learning early on how to advocate for myself and set boundaries while still delivering at a high level. When I decided to pivot into consulting, I didn’t have the typical background so I worked part-time on pro bono projects, built a case for my employer to sponsor my MBA, and did everything I could to create opportunities where there weren’t any handed to me. Through all of this, I never lost sight of balance. I made time for movement where weight training and daily walks became my grounding rituals. I prioritized staying connected with my family and friends, even during the busiest times. That balance wasn’t a luxury, it was a necessity. And now, I coach others to find that same alignment: between ambition and well-being, between big goals and small wins.
