My path to life coaching runs through the same high-pressure environments my clients are navigating. Two decades across Big Law, energy, higher education, and leadership development gave me a close look at what happens to high-performing people when the stakes rise and self-trust quietly disappears. The pattern is consistent: accomplished, self-aware professionals who have done the work, read the books, built the credentials, and still find themselves overthinking, second-guessing, or overworking instead of leading from a place of clarity. A graduate of Columbia Law School and Harvard University, where I majored in Biology, I am a Certified Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Positive Intelligence® trained coach, currently working toward my ICF PCC credentials. The methodologies behind the work draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mental fitness, and my own decision-centered coaching approach. Sessions go beyond strategy. The goal is building the internal capacity to trust your own judgment, particularly in the moments where the outcome actually counts.

Alongside coaching, I am a wellness practitioner specialising in stress management, nervous-system regulation, and mindfulness practices designed specifically for active, fast-moving minds. My work integrates evidence-based coaching with practical tools that support focus, emotional regulation, and sustainable performance. In addition to professional training, my work is informed by lived experience of ADHD and by parenting an AuDHD child, giving me a practical, real-world understanding of neurodivergent needs across life stages.
