I’ve spent my career building and leading teams inside one of the world’s most recognizable consumer goods companies. As a Director at Kraft Heinz, I’ve hired, developed, and promoted talent across multiple levels of a large organization — which means I’ve sat on both sides of the table. I know what it looks like when someone is ready to lead, and I know what holds high-potential people back from getting there. My Kellogg MBA gave me the frameworks and language to understand leadership at a structural level — but it’s the years of actually doing it inside a Fortune 500 that made me a better coach. What I bring to leadership coaching isn’t theory — it’s pattern recognition from years of real management experience inside a Fortune 500 environment. I’ve navigated the challenges that come with leading for the first time: building credibility quickly, managing people older or more experienced than you, earning trust without having all the answers, and figuring out how to develop others while still delivering results. I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and now help others shortcut that curve.

My coaching credentials are built on more than certifications. They are grounded in enterprise-scale impact. As the Air Force Coaching and Mentoring Program Manager, I stood up and scaled one of the largest internal coaching ecosystems in the federal government, growing the program to over 1,500 credentialed coaches and over 13,000 clients across the enterprise. That experience gave me a rare operational perspective on coaching: I didn't just practice it, I architected the systems, training pipelines, and governance frameworks that made it sustainable at scale. To deepen my practice, I pursued and earned both the International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC-ICF) and Board Certified Coach (BCC) credentials, grounding my instincts in evidence-based methodology and professional standards. I have coached leaders and teams across every level of the organization, from frontline supervisors navigating their first leadership roles to senior executives managing complex, high-stakes environments. With over 20 years of experience across law, energy, and education — and having worked with leaders in organizations including Google, Amazon, IBM, OECD, and Daimler — I specialize in helping emerging leaders build the ability to trust their judgment when the stakes are high. I am an ICF certified coach with over two decades of experience in talent development and leadership coaching. I started my career in engineering and product roles, but have spent most of my 20+ years working in talent development at large multinational companies. My work has ranged from new grad recruitment and success to developing programs and coaching the company’s top leadership. Today, as a Coach and Co-Founder of Together We, I help people at transition points feel less alone and more confident. One of the transition points I specialize in is managers and leaders. In my 35 year career at Panasonic, I moved from a Trainee with a Master's Degree to a Divisional Vice President and then President. This journey was not always upward, and it was certainly not a carefully etched plan. Along the way I learned a lot from great teachers (mostly bosses) about what to do, and what NOT to do. One thing that became clear to me--building a culture that people could excel in was more important than fitting in with the culture I was often surrounded by. How to do that, and maintain a balance between your circle and the larger circle, is something I know a lot about. By 2016 I had received great Coaching twice, both times paid for by my company. I admired the coaches, and more important, saw great value in learning how to both teach and empower at the same time. So I got a my Coaching Certification from International Coaching Federation Class in NYC, and have been practicing since then, along with business consulting. Finally, I value work-life balance, and did even when I was an executive. It isn't easy. But there are ways to think about and Design Your Life to establish the best practices trying to get it in place.

I've spent 15+ years in executive seats and operator roles at startups. I cofounded Omni, raising $35MM from top VCs, exited in 2019, where I scaled the organization from 3 to 80+ people, hired and managed executives, and set the operating cadence that let the company run beyond what I could touch personally. I was first VP of Product at a Series A construction tech startup, growing the product and engineering team from 3 to 18; Head of Brand and Design at a Series C hospitality operator. I've sat in the rooms my clients sit in, made the leadership calls they're making, and felt what holds teams together (and what cracks them) under real pressure. That lived operator experience is the foundation of how I coach. For the last 8 years I've coached 100+ founders, CEOs, executive team members, and senior leaders at early-stage and growth-stage companies backed by Y Combinator, Techstars, Lightspeed, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and others. The leadership challenges I most often work on: the transition from scrappy do-everything founder to scalable CEO, executive presence and communication, hiring and performance management, running effective one-on-ones, managing direct reports, designing org structure, building team culture, and repairing trust when it breaks. Beyond coaching them through these challenges, I also help leaders learn to lead with coaching themselves — taking a coaching and mentoring mindset into one-on-ones, feedback, and people development, so they develop their teams faster and spend less of their own energy doing it. My approach blends two practices most coaches keep separate: operator-informed tactical advisory on the hard skills of leading people, and the inner work of self-awareness, somatic practice, and the slow development of self-mastery that determines whether a leader can hold the role over time.
