Welcome to my profile! With an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Financial Economics from Columbia University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you break into investment banking. I have worked and recruited at Morgan Stanley and later Sycamore Partners, top IB and PE firms, with a specialization in Consumer & Retail. I will help you in any part of the process: from technical interview prep, to networking strategy, to inside perspectives on how recruiting actually works.

Having successfully recruited for numerous banks, I worked at Goldman Sachs for 5 years most recently in the TMT team in Investment Banking. During my time at Goldman Sachs, I was a part of the recruiting team for 4 years, assessing candidates for internship and full-time roles across various teams. Throughout my professional career, I have mentored numerous people who are looking to break into investment banking at various levels and have been able to develop a deep set of skills that can help you in your recruiting journey. I’ve distilled my experience and insights into a clear, effective program designed to make sure you feel confident and prepared for each and every part of the recruitment process.

Hi! I’m a former Goldman Sachs Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst who loves helping students break into investment banking. I started at Goldman as a sophomore summer intern and returned for junior summer and full-time after graduating from Northwestern. During my time there, I worked on nearly $25B in healthcare M&A deals. I enjoy helping candidates make sense of a demanding recruiting process, whether that’s tightening a resume, refining your story, or preparing for interviews. After I graduated from Berkeley Haas, I spent two years as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley before becoming a Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group. In my free time, I am a mentor for Women In Network, a non-profit organization founded to promote and encourage females in the professional world by fostering mentorships, expanding networks, and building communities. I have helped high school and college students with thinking through their future career by helping them with interview prep, talking through their interests / what they're looking for in a job, understanding the technical portions of a model / questions that would come up in an interview, and providing step-by-step guides to recruiting. I also taught 2 Berkeley Haas classes when I was a senior in college. I prepared materials for my classes, which were "Introduction to Investment Banking" and "Introduction to Buyside Financial Modelling".

I’m Ajay Kilambi, a Wharton student pursuing a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Bioengineering at the University of Pennsylvania. I’ve worked across private equity and investment banking, focusing on healthcare and life sciences, and have gone through the entire recruiting process myself — from networking and technical prep to closing offers.
