It wasn't until I started establishing relationships with a few helpful mentors, studying for my MBA, and when I volunteered as a Career mentor for undergrad students did I learn from mistakes and start to better understand what was needed to build a successful career. So, utilizing my personal failures and successes, including landing a role as a Sr. Consultant at a Consulting firm, despite applying off-season, and my natural ability to coach, I now help recent undergrads in career development. I particularly enjoy and excel working with recent undergrad students understanding that post graduation is an anxious time, especially for those unsure of their career. Besides providing support and advice, I coach my clients in understanding themselves and determining their goals so that they approach each role confidently and with a strong narrative. Clients of mine have been able to learn sustainable relationship and career building skills, allowing them to make a positive impact in their role and advance in their career.
