Experienced leader in healthcare administration. Spent four years as an Executive Director with the Ensign Group, the largest and most profitable long-term care company. Successfully grew census in each facility and helped with new acquisitions. Facility EBIT averaged 1.5 million and improved CMS star rating at each facility. Through connections from that job, was promoted to a Vice President role with a smaller company. Since joining Cross Healthcare, have helped lead four new acquisitions that are all profitable and successful. Census has grown over 25% since acquisition and net income has improved from negative before acquisitions to successful facilities. I have experience in training executives in long-term care and helping them grow their career, be more efficient, free up their time and multiply those around them.

I have successfully transitioned from academia to industry. I am employed as a successful researcher with a PhD in psychology. Since I have left academia, I have received numerous requests from PhD students and postdocs in psychology who are hoping to leave academia and land an industry research job.
