As someone who has reimagined my own career several times, I would love to guide you on your journey! I am an ICF certified coach with over two decades of experience in talent development and career coaching. I started my career in engineering and product roles, but have spent most of my 20+ years working in talent development at large multinational companies. Today, as a Coach and Co-Founder of Together We, I help people at transition points feel less alone and more confident. One of the transition points I specialize in is career changes. What we do as a career has a big impact on our lives - we spend a lot of our time at work and your chosen career has the potential to bring you meaning and fulfillment. However, feeling like you’re in the wrong career or not knowing what the next step is can be stressful and making changes can often feel like too big a hurdle. I work with a broad range of clients - some who want to advance in a particular field and others wanting to make a more drastic career change. I also love working with clients who have taken a step back from their careers (perhaps after becoming a parent or another life circumstance), and are now ready to make that next move. I am committed to providing you with practical tools and techniques to increase feelings of empowerment and ownership around your career development.
