As a career coach with experience in consulting at Deloitte and across various industries while I was a student working my way through college, I understand the challenges that today’s students and recent grads face. Fun fact: I changed my major seven times in college! (Yep, really.) I wanted to explore all the career paths out there, so I totally get how overwhelming it can be to figure out the right direction. I’ve worked in everything from Career Services and Marketing to IT Project Management and Recruiting. My journey gave me insight into how to navigate diverse opportunities and build a career that aligns with your passions and goals. During my undergrad at Georgia State University, I was a Career and Business Communications Assistant for 3 years, I reviewed over 50 resumes each semester, giving tailored feedback on resumes, cover letters, and interview prep. I’ve helped my friends and peers land roles in industries like consulting, marketing, real estate, and more. Beyond that, I’ve coordinated career fairs, led workshops, and taught students how to boost their LinkedIn presence. My goal? I also volunteer with the ATL Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA), where I support nine student chapters and help young Latino and Hispanic leaders thrive. In my first full-time job out of college, I was promoted 4x in 2 years, ran a 5+ person team within 1 year of graduating, and began work as an independent consultant for startups and VCs. My mantra is to be helpful. If I'm not helpful, I'll get out of your way. So much about career satisfaction has to do with fit. Find a place that values you for the things you're uniquely good at and being at work can feel fun, exciting, and also rewarding. I attended Harvard for undergrad and Stanford for my masters. I've worked at 10 person start-ups to 100,000 person companies like Google. I've been an individual contributor and also managed teams of 20+; throughout these experiences, I've learned some of the best questions to ask myself (and others) that can help identify and then successfully get into roles with the best fit.

I’ve navigated a career path that spans consulting, Big Tech, and mid-market PE operations - experiences that give me a unique perspective as a coach. I started in management consulting at Deloitte, advising executives on strategy and transformation. From there, I transitioned into Google, where I worked across partnerships, strategy, and technical sales, learning how to thrive in one of the world’s most competitive tech environments. Today, as a Director of operations at Valsoft, I act as an operations executive across a portfolio of software companies, helping leadership teams grow and operate effectively. Having made these transitions myself, I know firsthand how to break into new industries, succeed once you’re in, and build the skills to lead — and I bring that experience directly into my coaching.
