Grew up in the country side in Belgium with a humble socio economic situation, got into the London School of Economics, worked as a consultant at McKinsey, now working at Microsoft in Dublin, living a life I never thought I'd one day achieve.

Nothing energizes me more than helping others reach their God-given potential, especially those with whom I share a common cultural understanding. As someone who has been promoted multiple times at Bain and in venture capital, I have experience and insights for how AAPI employees can grow within their firm and overcome stereotypes and prejudices. And now, having become a coach for some of the highest level athletes in the world, I am able to transform my insights and experiences into actionable coaching and advice.
