For the last 5 years, I have been supporting leaders and recent college graduates on how to succeed in an interview, speak and think confidently, and prepare in advance with strategies, people skills, and assertive communication to understand if the role is going to be a good fit for both parties. Many of my clients have been able to get a job or change jobs while working for an organization. Most of my clients work for Fortune 100/500 companies.

I’m a Product executive with 18+ years of experience progressing from analyst to executive across a diverse set of experiences. I've built teams and $300M+ businesses across corporate, startups, and venture-backed environments and along the way have always prioritized coaching others around me. I have firsthand insight into what it takes to navigate career hurdles to earn and find success with promotions. I serve as a leader of Comcast’s Career Council and mentor in our Executive Mentorship Program, coaching high-potential managers and directors on promotion readiness and executive presence. Earlier in my career at American Express, I led the company’s internship program assessment, and I also mentor startup employees in the First Round Capital network. I earned a Certificate in Leadership from Wharton Executive Education and bring direct, practical guidance to help early- and mid-career professionals across industries accelerate their careers with confidence.

She received her BS in Communications and MA in Higher Education from New York University.
