Prior to business school, I worked in management consulting at Deloitte for public and social sector clients. I went to Harvard Business School with the intention of transitioning into fintech. I managed to land a role in fintech as a Customer Success Manager within a month of graduating and want to pass on the things I did to successfully transition careers.

I have over 10 years of experience spanning startups, strategy consulting, and talent development. I began my career in business development at high-growth startups in New York before joining Bain & Company as a consultant, leading work across private equity, healthcare, and tech. Along the way, I discovered that coaching clients and mentoring junior colleagues was the most energizing part of my work — which led me to transition into Talent Development at Bain. Most recently, I led Bain New York's Associate Consultant Program, overseeing the development and advising of early-career consultants through their first years at the firm. I was also deeply involved in recruiting as an anchor interviewer and internship program lead, giving me a keen understanding of what it takes to break into and thrive in competitive environments. I hold a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. I am passionate about helping early-career professionals get clear on what truly fulfills them — not just in their careers, but across all dimensions of their lives. I’ve navigated a career path that spans consulting, Big Tech, and mid-market PE operations - experiences that give me a unique perspective as a coach. I started in management consulting at Deloitte, advising executives on strategy and transformation. From there, I transitioned into Google, where I worked across partnerships, strategy, and technical sales, learning how to thrive in one of the world’s most competitive tech environments. Today, as a Director of operations at Valsoft, I act as an operations executive across a portfolio of software companies, helping leadership teams grow and operate effectively. Having made these transitions myself, I know firsthand how to break into new industries, succeed once you’re in, and build the skills to lead — and I bring that experience directly into my coaching.

I've coached dozens of clients through career transitions, from fields as diverse as sports management and hedge funds into everything from food & wine to venture capital. I excel at helping clients make non-traditional pivots into more fulfilling and rewarding careers. My approach is inspired by my own series of transitions, from studying economics in undergrad to the Army Special Forces to investing at a deep tech venture capital firm to becoming a full-time coach.
