I’ve navigated a career path that spans consulting, Big Tech, and mid-market PE operations - experiences that give me a unique perspective as a coach. I started in management consulting at Deloitte, advising executives on strategy and transformation. From there, I transitioned into Google, where I worked across partnerships, strategy, and technical sales, learning how to thrive in one of the world’s most competitive tech environments. Today, as a Director of operations at Valsoft, I act as an operations executive across a portfolio of software companies, helping leadership teams grow and operate effectively. Having made these transitions myself, I know firsthand how to break into new industries, succeed once you’re in, and build the skills to lead — and I bring that experience directly into my coaching.

As a people leader for the last 18+ years, I have had the opportunity to coach, mentor and sponsor numerous high-potential people within and outside of my organization. I have also built mentorship programs that have focused on career development and mobility. I enjoyed providing feedback and sharing my experience to transform the careers or those around me. In my leadership roles, I have interviewed over 100 people and can share some of the ways to build your professional brand and stand out from the competition. I am also a frequent guest speaker at Fordham University, speaking to MBA students about professional brand and networking strategies. I have experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing.
