My goal is to help you make sure your next move is the right one so that you don't end up making a career mistake or finding yourself in another bad fit. Rather than 'getting hired', I put you in the driver's seat to figure out what it is you are hiring your next job to do. I help you define what real progress looks like in your unique circumstances, anchored by your goals, what brings you energy, and what themes have guided your career choices to date. I'm not here to give you the answers, but to help you arrive at them yourself through through thoughtful questions and listening.

I have a lot of empathy for those charting out at the beginning of their career journeys. A fulfilling career isn't one size fits all and many people (including my earlier self) don't spend enough time doing the work to understand what energizes them. Crafting a fulfilling career (and ultimately life) takes intentional work with daily practice and I get a lot of personal satisfaction from helping clients put in place systems that help them make 1% improvements in this category every day.

I have spent the last 10+ years building my own career and helping my peers and direct reports along the way. In my role as a leader, I have a focus on the career development of my team members to ensure they are prepared for whatever comes next for them and providing opportunities that match their development needs. Outside of that, I have also been trained in the Co-Active certification program, working with individual clients over the last 3 years to help them gain clarity on what they want next in their career and how to create actionable next steps to get there.

As Cadet First Captain at West Point, a U.S. Army helicopter pilot, a McKinsey Engagement Manager, and now a Managing Director at FedEx, I’ve been responsible for leading diverse, high-performing teams through complex challenges.
