About Revital
Hi, I'm Revital (pronounced Reveetal), a product management leader and compassionate career and leadership coach. I began my career in finance before moving into strategy consulting (BCG) and then to a chief of staff role in tech. From there, I found my passion in product management leadership. I’ve worked at top tech companies like Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft, as well as in startups in Silicon Valley. I managed PM teams and led cross-functional teams to launch products reaching billions of users. Most recently, I have invested in and advised startups and coached professionals. I'm also leading women's career circles focused on career and leadership, and mentoring PMs as part of a PM career accelerator. My coaching style is practical and encouraging. Why do I coach?
As a first-generation college graduate, I entered the corporate world without a roadmap. I didn’t have the knowledge or insight to navigate the unspoken rules early in my career — and that led to challenges and moments of self-doubt. Fortunately, I crossed paths with a supportive mentor and a great manager who helped me rebuild my confidence. Their guidance made a lasting impact. Since then, I’ve made it a priority to give back — mentoring women both at work and through formal programs. Over time, I discovered that coaching deeply resonated with me. I’m energized by human connection and find real meaning in helping others uncover their strengths, find clarity, and move forward with confidence. I believe work should be fulfilling and not a constant grind. My passion is to help professionals feel aligned and empowered.
