Diana's work experience includes serving as an in-house coach to early career employees, high potentials, and new people managers at the National Basketball Association, as well as leading talent development and culture-building at a national nonprofit. An experienced recruiter and interviewing skills coach, her professional journey started as a university career counselor. She is certified as an Associate Diversity Coach, Hogan and MBTI practitioner, and trains on the human experience of change in organizations. She received her BS in Communications and MA in Higher Education from New York University.

With over a decade of hands-on experience navigating high-stakes career transitions, I bring a proven track record of strategic career development and advancement. I spent eight years in investment banking, earning early promotions at every level through a combination of relentless work ethic, effective networking, and deliberate career management. After attending Harvard Business School, I successfully pivoted into corporate strategy, working with leading consumer companies to build and scale their businesses. I landed a C-suite role immediately after business school and now serve as Vice President of Business Strategy. My journey reflects a deep understanding of how to position oneself for success—whether it’s breaking into competitive industries, accelerating career growth, or making bold pivots—and I use that insight to help others do the same.
