As someone who has been promoted multiple times at Bain and in venture capital, I have experience and insights for how AAPI employees can grow within their firm and overcome stereotypes and prejudices. And now, having become a coach for some of the highest level athletes in the world, I am able to transform my insights and experiences into actionable coaching and advice.
