I work with all teams internally - Credit, Portfolio Management, and Origination - to manage and turnaround key portfolio companies and drive EBITDA improvements. I have deep experience with Private Equity / Private Credit interviews and recruiting.

My name is Jonathan Lu, and I am a Private Equity Senior Associate in General Atlantic’s late-stage technology group, based in Miami. Prior to joining General Atlantic, I worked as a Senior Associate in the Strategic Investments Group at Warburg Pincus, where I focused on investing in late-stage software and tech-enabled services businesses. Prior to that, I worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. I’ve worked in both FIG and Tech and am happy to discuss the nuances between both industries. I specialized in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, & Customer Success, but engaged across a variety of sub-functions during my time at the firm. I went back to pursue my MBA at Chicago Booth and pivot to value creation roles in the middle-market investing space, and have spent time at both PSP Capital & Erie Street Growth Partners in Chicago as I broaden my value creation toolkit.
